All sales are final.

 

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with intention. Once an order has been dispatched, Katanna Clarke is not responsible for carrier delays.

 

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our support button within 48 hours of delivery, including clear images of the item and packaging. Upon verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

 

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for replacement.
